Bad memories at Sushanta Awas due to rude behaviour of The Owner

We booked the Sushanta Awas Hotel Gangtok through Nature Wings ( A renowned Tour Operator in Kolkata ). We had a complete Silk Route /Gangtok / Pelling Package tour through Nature Wings. Accordingly they provided Hotel Voucher for every Hotel. All the Hotel Owners accepted the voucher & provided Deluxe properties. We reached Sushanta Awas on 19th April 22 at evening. We handed over the voucher to Mr Satyam where we had 4 rooms on 19th & 3 rooms on 20th April 22. Mr Satyam accepted the voucher & agreed to provided the rooms. Then He requested to accommodated in 3 rooms instead of 4 rooms. In a good faith we accepted his request. Next day He told us to accommodate in 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms. I then told him this will be not acceptable for us. Then he rudely told that he will be provided only 2 rooms. Then I told him why he asked this when We booked for 3 rooms then why he behaved like this. When he accepted the voucher on 19th April then he did not uttered any word about the reservation. Apart from that we accommodated( 19th April 22) in 3 rooms instead of 4 rooms. We were in a great trouble with our family members. He made lot of Cock & bull story. Basically he got on spot reservation & he wanted to make money from our booked room. He is a 1st Class liar & arrogant fellow . He does not know how to behave with the Family tourist. We immediately informed our tour Operator about this incident They immediately took action & arranged another 3 Star hotel for 3 rooms accommodation & informed the Hotel Owner. Then he told not to leave his hotel & provided 3 rooms for accommodation. We lost almost half day for this unnecessary created incident by Satyam. Our local sight tour was mess. Natural wings provided 5 hotels in different locations all were excellent condition & Owners had polite attitude except SUSHANTA AWAS. Breakfast was poor. We have 3 yrs baby & we provided rise Dal (Pulses) for boiling & Milk For boiling In 2 days 4 times boiling Rise/Dal & milk were required . They charged Rs 450/- when I asked why you charged so much ( when we supplied all food material for baby ) his father told this was for Gas charge. ( other hotels did not take any charge for making food { material supplied by Us]for 3 yrs baby). They denied to take money for Baby. Really inhuman attitude by Owner Sushanta Awas. If you see the hotel review then see poor rating (1`) For Sushanta Awas where all r mentioned his rude & arrogant attitude. When any customer criticised his behaviour in Google review then he replied with strong word instead of his improvement in attitude. This is a ridiculous Hotel for Family. Please avoid it.

Location: Excellent. Just 3 mins walking to M. G. Marg and Ropeway. Room: Size Good. Neat and clean. Toilet neat and clean. Food: Less spicy and tasty. Staff: Well mannered and helpful. Service: Very Good. Owner: Very good person and ready to help. He has an detailed eye for guest's comfort.

The hotel is located near to the market and behavior of staff's are very good. Overall good experience. Good food and rooms. Neat and clean washroom. Geyser available 24 hours which is the best thing.
